ARE YOU REALLY GOING TO LOCK US IN?
No! Your safety is important to us so we don't really lock you in. You have the option to leave the escape room at any time if necessary.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS?
All of our escape rooms have a minimum of 4 players and a maximum of 10 players. If you reserve less than the full amount of spaces for the room, there will likely be other people placed in your session. To guarantee a room exclusively, you need to book all of the tickets for that slot.
DO I NEED TO BOOK OUR ESCAPE ROOM IN ADVANCE?
Yes. You can reserve escape room times on our online booking page. We cannot guarantee a spot unless you've booked ahead of time.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All sales are final. Exchanges for another time may be available at managements discretion.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
There are no age requirements. However, because of the difficulty of our rooms and some adult nature, persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We don't recommend anyone under the age of 14 for the "Capital Punishment" room.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DON'T SOLVE ANYTHING?
No worries! We are here to help! We will be monitoring your progress throughout the escape game. Our game masters will provide clues, should you need them. But not without a price!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We do not accept late players. Each team member must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled room time to go over rules and regulations.  We do not offer refunds.
CAN I BRING MY CELL PHONE IN THE ROOM?
Cell phones are allowed into the room for emergency purposes only. Photos and video are prohibited. We recommend putting them on silent as it may disturb the game experience for yourself and others.
